Data Source Incidents

Overview

For each configured data source, the platform enables users to decide which events and on which fields, to ignore. This gives users the granularity to decide certain events/changes are not relevant, up to the level of combining certain changes for specific fields.

How-to configure

From within the data source page, click on the Settings tab, and than choose Incidents to get to the relevant screen. From here, you can Add config to choose the metrics & fields combination for which not to create incidents.

After clicking on +Add Config , you can choose the right combination, than click on Save .

Once saved, incidents for the metric/field combination will no longer be triggered. Keep track of these settings to make sure you get the right alerts per data source.
