Catalog

Look up data assets the agent references, complete with sample data.

The Catalog tab of the helper drawer surfaces the data assets — tables, views and datasets — that the agent has looked up or referenced while working on your task, giving you the same real-time context the agent used to reach its answer.

Assets tree

On the left, an assets tree lists every table or dataset the agent has discovered or used. The tree can be collapsed or expanded, and you can also open a table directly using the tab search popover. Selecting an asset opens its metadata on the right.

Table metadata

Selecting a table shows a breadcrumb (catalog.schema.table), the table's name and icon, and a badge for its type. Below that, the view is split into three tabs: Details, Columns and Lineage.

Details and sample data

The Details tab lists key metadata for the table:

  • Warehouse (with an icon for the underlying platform, e.g. Snowflake, BigQuery)

  • Catalog

  • Schema

  • Owner

  • Description

  • Storage Location

  • Created At

Below the metadata, the Sample Data section shows an actual preview of the table's data in a scrollable table with a sticky header, so you can see real rows without having to write a query. If no sample is available, this section shows an empty state instead.

For column-level detail and upstream/downstream dependencies, see Columns and Lineage.
