Astronomer

Astronomer is a modern, managed orchestration platform for Apache Airflow.

By providing access to Upriver’s agent, it will be able to automatically collect context from your Astronomer environment. This helps the agent support your day-to-day work, answer questions about your data and deployments, and give you smoother, more accurate assistance.

How to Generate an API Token

1. Navigate to the API Key page

   • Log in to the Astronomer platform.

   • Go to your Workspace Settings → Access Management → API Tokens tab.

   • Click on “+ API Token”

   
2. Choose the level of permissions

   • Select the appropriate role for the token.

   • Member level is recommended for read-only access.

3. Copy the token and provide it to Upriver

   • The token will only be shown once — copy it immediately.

   • Share it with Upriver so it can be used for integration or API access.

Deployment URL

1. Using the left sidebar navigate to Deployments

2. Choose a deployment and hover over it and an "Open Airflow" button will appear

   
3. After clicking on it, it will open a new browser tab, Copy the URL from the page.
